As well as providing your customers with a good first impression, you as a shop owner or manager, can feel at ease that you have a team of professionals that you can rely on. It is one less thing for you to worry about.

Quality Controls

As commercial cleaning specialists we proactively monitor and manage the quality of our service. We perform against a set of clear operational objectives and service level agreements (SLA’s) that are SMARTER. Our business KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) form part of our monthly management reporting and are addressed as part of our business performance management programme. Supplier benchmarking is used to promote “Best in Service” standards with rewards and recognition to those employees and strategic partners that continually overachieve on targets.

Our team

Each of our on-site operatives is fully trained and equipped to clean and then inspect their own work to ensure they meet the highest possible standards. We will also inspect the frames and fittings so that we can alert you of any possible issues. This can include chips to the window or cracks in the frames which if identified early, can save you a lot of time and money.

We also offer weekly audits of our work and log our visits with your team to ensure that you can monitor our attendance and check the quality of our work as we carry it out and on completion.

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the work that has been carried out then you can either talk to the team on site or give our main office a call and we will be happy to resolve the situation.
